Employed personnel in Wutianshan mining area: On November 30th, the Changtai County People's Government issued a notice to close the Wutianshan facing granite mining area. On December 17, the Changtai County Party Committee and the county government held a meeting on the closure and rectification of the Wutianshan mining area. The relevant requirements were first announced as follows: 1. At 0:00 on January 1, 2018, the Wutianshan mining area stopped cutting all sawing machines. 2. On January 1, 2018, the State Grid and various small hydropower enterprises will stop supplying electricity to the Wutianshan mining area and dismantle the use of electrical facilities. In order to ensure the safety of electric power construction personnel, the mine will stop working on the New Year's Day, and it is forbidden to use self-supplied power generation equipment to avoid safety accidents. 3. On January 1, 2018, the owners of each mine must obey the work arrangement of the comprehensive law enforcement team of the Wutianshan mining area. All sawing machines and tracks are removed from the mining face. 4. From January 1st, 2018, the comprehensive law enforcement team of Wutianshan Mining Area will spray red paint markings on the mining face of each mine, mark the boundary and elevation of the mining end, and fix the evidence of the current situation. 5. From January 1st, 2018, it is forbidden to use sawing and stealing in any form such as power generation equipment. Once discovered, it will be strictly investigated according to illegal mining and the operation of semi-finished products in the mining face will be stopped. 6. Before January 31, 2018, the clearing and semi-finished products in the mining face were completed. From February 1, 2018, all activities in the mining area will be stopped. 7. Before February 1, 2018, foreign workers should be evacuated and mining personnel should be prohibited from staying in the mining area. After the Spring Festival, workers are prohibited from entering the mining area. 8. Before May 31, 2018, all the blocks in the mining area were cleared and the Wutianshan mining area was closed.
