Sanma Research Institute won the title of advanced unit for safety production

Abstract Recently, the Zhengzhou High-tech Zone Management Committee recognized and rewarded 20 organizations and 50 individuals who have demonstrated outstanding performance in safety production. Among them, Zhengzhou Sanmao Research Institute Co., Ltd. was honored with the title of "Advanced Collective." This achievement reflects the company's continuous efforts to maintain a safe and healthy working environment. In 2013, the company launched the "Safe Production Year" initiative as a key strategy to strengthen its safety foundation and foster a culture of "scientific and safe development," emphasizing "care for life and concern for safety." The company strictly adhered to national safety laws and regulations, following the principle that "those in charge of production must also be responsible for safety." It actively carried out various safety programs, upholding the guiding principles of "safety first, prevention foremost, and comprehensive management." Everyone within the company took responsibility for safety, promoting a people-centered approach that motivated all employees to integrate safety into every aspect of their work. Key measures included establishing a robust safety management system, clarifying safety responsibilities at all levels, setting up dedicated safety positions, allocating resources for safety, conducting regular inspections, identifying and addressing potential hazards, providing safety education and training, building an emergency response system, and maintaining detailed safety records. These initiatives significantly contributed to employee well-being. Each year, the company conducts occupational health examinations and implements measures for the prevention and treatment of occupational diseases. In 2013, 212 frontline workers were examined, focusing on risks such as dust exposure, noise, and hazardous chemicals. No cases of occupational disease or suspected occupational disease were found during the assessment.
