The discharge valve adopts the uniquely designed butterfly valve of the factory, which has good sealing performance, convenient discharging and no residue.

Fifth, equipment installation
1. The machine is unloaded, loaded and commissioned before leaving the factory. It can be shipped from the factory after normal work, and it can meet the safe use of users.
2, transportation mode: 600 liters (including 600) using the whole machine factory, not preparing feet, bolts; 600 liters or more using split transport, preparation of feet, bolts.
3. Equipment installation:
A. The machine arrives at the user unit and should be safely unloaded. It is not allowed to impact or beat the equipment and accessories, because the installation accuracy of this machine is relatively high;
B. All the solid screws should be tightened before installation and the screws in the transportation process should be loose.
C. The installation floor should be flat (not flat <3/1000). After the device is in place, the shadow between the bottom four corners and the ground is eliminated to avoid shaking during operation;
D. Large equipment should be installed under the guidance of our factory technicians;
E. When the equipment is installed, open the front cover, turn the pulley by hand, run the balance and then turn on the power. Pay attention to:
(1) The steering of the main shaft coincides with the steering of the arrow. If it does not match, it can be adjusted by changing the phase of the power supply;
(2) The speed should be from slow to fast, balanced and not exceeding the specified speed.
F. If the rack is unstable during the no-load test, stop it. In the inquiry, add 10~16mm rubber shock pad to adjust;
G, no-load running time is not less than 10min;
H. After the no-load operation is normal, the test can be fed. The feeding should be from less to more test, and the load cannot be exceeded.
I. After the test of the whole machine is completed, a special person should be delivered to take charge of the operation and guide its normal operation knowledge;
J. Equipment maintenance: The lubricating oil, chain and lubricating grease should be replaced within three months after the new equipment is in operation, and replaced in the next six months.
Sixth, the principle of operation
1. This machine adopts electromagnetic speed regulation (or frequency converter speed regulation). Before starting the machine, turn on the main power supply, the power indicator light is on, then start the motor button, then start the on/off switch on the speed control panel (the inverter can press the touch button) , the indicator light is on, then slowly rotate to bring it to the normal mixing speed;
2. If the user needs temple mixing time, this item should be formulated in the contract. Our factory may install time relay to enable the user to specify the mixing time according to the mixing requirements of the materials;
3. After the mixing is finished, turn off the power according to the power-on sequence. If it is found that the material is not ideal, you can click the button to meet the blanking requirements.
Eight, matters needing attention
1. The mixing of the machine is a three-dimensional space mixing, and a safety protection column is added within the effective range of the material cylinder to avoid a life safety accident. Before starting the machine, avoid standing before the cylinder to avoid accidents;
2. When loading and unloading, the electric power of the equipment must be stopped to prevent the electrical appliance from malfunctioning and causing unnecessary accidents;
