3. Operating instructions:
(1) Please install plastic at the exit of the filter,
(2). Open the exhaust valve before use.
(3) Close the exit and then start the power switch motor to start running, so that the gas and liquid are discharged into the dosing tank.
(4) Open the circulation valve, then open the dosing valve, add the filter water to the fixed water level in the dosing tank, and then add the activated carbon powder for 3 minutes after circulating for 3 minutes. Also no active toner is discharged.

Precautions when operating the filter
1. Before use, it is necessary to check whether the inlet and outlet pipes are installed, and fix the inlet and outlet pipes in the groove so that the entrance and exit are not easy to swing.
2. Open the exhaust valve and then open the drug valve, and the water from the dosing valve into the pump and inlet tube through the dosing tank, so that the inlet pipe is completely filled with liquid, or open the filter cover to remove the upper cover, the water Injected from the filter cartridge to completely fill the inlet tube with liquid.
3. Check the operating voltage and motor wiring voltage correctly before starting the motor to prevent errors.
4. Before starting the motor, lock the dosing valve and then open the exhaust valve to allow the gas to be discharged into the dosing tank.
5. After the above operation is completed, when starting the pump motor to start operation, pay attention to whether the pump running direction is correct.
6. The liquid in the dosing tank flows through the dosing valve into the pump, and a small amount of liquid remains in the dosing tank, and then the dosing valve is locked to avoid inhaling gas at the pump inlet.
7. Before using the filter, check whether the pressure gauge membrane is filled with clean water. Please fill up the water and lock the pressure gauge to keep the pressure gauge correct.
8. Before starting the power supply, check whether the inlet and outlet pipelines are correctly selected: such as: whether the inlet and outlet are open, whether the pipeline circulation route is correct, whether the liquid in the liquid medicine tank is normal, and whether the pipeline is damaged.
9. Operate in a dangerous environment or liquid, wear protective clothing and protective masks, safety footwear.
10. Check various protection switches. For example, if the pipeline is normal, the liquid level in the tank is normal, and the power protection switch is in the normal operating position.
