1. Constant Value Control: The control of crusher load is a typical example of a constant value control system. (2) The control accuracy ranges from 2% to 8% of FS, ensuring reliable and consistent performance under various working conditions.
(3) Both the manually set current and the actual operating current are displayed in real-time, allowing for immediate monitoring and adjustments as needed.
(4) The system offers two control modes—manual and automatic—with seamless switching that causes no disturbance to the ongoing process, ensuring smooth operation at all times.
(5) The system includes sound and light alarms for material shortages and overloads, along with real-time processing to address these issues promptly and prevent potential damage or downtime.
