Tire setting vulcanizer

Used for vulcanization of tires for pneumatic tires such as automobiles, construction vehicles, tractors and airplanes. This machine appeared in the 1940s. The tire can be loaded, shaped, vulcanized, unloaded and post-charged and cooled on the shaping vulcanizer. The temperature, pressure and steam chamber temperature of the superheated water in the capsule can be measured, recorded and controlled. The whole production process can be automatically get on. There are many types of tire setting vulcanizers, mainly AFV type, BOM type and AUBO type (China is referred to as A type, B type and AB type, respectively). The main difference between them is that the capsule and its handling mechanism are different.

The AFV type tire setting vulcanizer is characterized in that the lower part of the lower mold has no complicated central mechanism, only one barrel, and a pneumatic pusher mechanism is arranged on the upper part of the upper mold. At the end of the vulcanization, the capsule is pushed into the bladder by the push-pull mechanism, and the capsule is pushed out under the pressure of the steam introduced into the bladder to extend into the inner cavity of the green tire.

The capsule of the BOM type tire vulcanizer is fixed by the upper and lower chucks, and the expansion and contraction of the capsule is realized under the driving of the water tank of the central mechanism. When loading and unloading the tire, the capsule is straightened, and the inner cavity is simultaneously evacuated and stood upright on the lower mold.

The AUBO tire setting vulcanizer is characterized in that the upper and lower mouth of the capsule are fixed by the clamping ring and can be retracted into the barrel. When the tire is loaded, the bladder rises and the lower bead of the green tire contacts the steel ring on the bladder. Then, the upper chuck is raised, and under the action of the shaping steam pressure, the capsule is deployed in the green tire, and then the capsule is lowered and the mold is vulcanized. When the vulcanization is finished, the bladder rises and the capsule is drawn into the bladder by the upper chuck, and the lower chuck is fixed.
