A bathroom cabinet is an essential storage solution in any bathroom. Most cabinets are made of wood, but in a humid environment like a bathroom, it's crucial to maintain their cleanliness and freshness. Ensuring moisture resistance is key, and the choice of materials plays a major role in achieving this.

Bathroom Cabinet Base

In most homes, the bathroom is small, making it difficult to separate wet and dry areas. Therefore, the material and construction of the cabinet must be moisture-resistant, ideally with a humidity level of up to 85%. The cabinet panels make up the largest part of the furniture, so it’s important not to overlook their moisture protection. Common materials used include solid wood, moisture-proof boards, and MDF. These are often coated with polyester paint or waterproof finishes, offering excellent resistance to water and humidity.

Bathroom Cabinet Surface Material

The surface of the cabinet is the first line of defense against humid air. You can choose from high-quality solid wood veneers, wood grain finishes with a plastic resin coating, or lacquer and vacuum blister panels. These options are not only easy to clean but also provide a classic look. They are treated during production to resist water and moisture. For daily care, simply wipe the surface with a damp cloth and dry it afterward. Keeping the area well-ventilated helps prevent condensation buildup.

Bathroom Cabinet Interior

Over time, the bottom panel of the sink cabinet may warp due to moisture from hidden pipes. Condensed water left behind can constantly soak the cabinet, causing damage. To avoid this, using an internal waterproof aluminum plate with anti-collision strips is highly recommended. It prevents water dripping from the sink and faucet, while the anti-collision strips reduce noise when closing the door.

Bathroom Cabinet Back

Many people focus on the appearance of bathroom cabinets, often neglecting the back panel. This oversight can lead to poor performance and shorter lifespan. Even though it's hard to eliminate all moisture after a shower, a double-decorative veneer back panel protects the MDF core from exposure. This layer acts as a barrier, preventing water from seeping in from the back of the cabinet, making it a vital component for long-term moisture protection.

Bi Convex Aspherical Lens

Convex Aspheric elements are widely used to reduce aberrations, aspheric lens is ideal for light collection, projection, illumination, detection, and condensing applications.
