2. **Cone Angle Accuracy**: The difference in cone angles (â–³D1mp - â–³d3mp) must meet or exceed national standards. The tolerance range for this parameter typically falls between +0.018 and -0.09. A tighter cone angle ensures better alignment and stability when the bearing is mounted.
3. **Straightness of the Tapered Surface**: The outer taper surface and inner hole must have high straightness and cylindrical accuracy. While there may not be specific national standards for this, any cross-section within the tolerance range doesn't guarantee quality. Poor straightness can lead to misalignment, affecting the bearing’s performance and lifespan. Many Chinese manufacturers lack proper profiling tools, making this a common issue in domestic products.
4. **Threaded Locking Function**: The locking mechanism of the adapter sleeve relies on the rotation of the nut to secure the bearing. The thread fit between the nut and the sleeve must conform to general thread standards to ensure a secure and reliable connection. A poor thread fit can compromise the entire assembly.
In conclusion, meeting these four critical conditions is essential for producing high-precision adapter sleeves that maximize bearing performance and extend service life. Additional technical requirements must also be fulfilled to meet national standards and ensure long-term reliability.
