An infrared detector is a device that converts incident infrared radiation signals into electrical signals. (2) Adjustment of the optical axis of the receiver Step 1: Initial adjustment of the optical axis of the receiver is performed in the same manner as “adjustment of the optical axis of the projector”. At this point, the red warning light on the receiver is extinguished, the green indicator light is on, and there is no flickering phenomenon, indicating that the optical axis of the cover head coincides normally, and the function of the light projector and the light receiver is normal.
The second step: There are two small holes in the receiver, marked with "+" and "-", respectively, used to test the infrared sensor feel the intensity, the value expressed by the voltage, known as the photosensitive voltage. Insert the multimeter's test leads (red "+", black "-") into the photoreceptor's photo-sensing voltage. Repeatedly adjusting the lens system maximizes the exposure voltage. (3) Adjustment of shading time The shading time adjustment button is provided on the receiver. Generally, the shading time of the probe is adjustable between 50m/s and 500m/s. When the probe is shipped from the factory, the shading time of the probe is adjusted to a standard in the factory. Positionally, under normal circumstances, this location is a relatively modest state, taking into account the environmental conditions and the characteristics of the probe itself, so there is no special reason, and there is no need to adjust the shading time. If you need to adjust the shading time due to the fortification, to adapt to changes in the environment. In general, the shading time is short and the sensitivity of the probe is fast, but it is also sensitive to falling leaves, flying birds, and the like, and the possibility of false alarms increases. Long shading time reduces the sensitivity of the probe and increases the probability of missed reports. The engineer should adjust the shading time according to the actual needs of the fortification.
(4) After the link probe with the anti-theft host is set, the tamper switch will be connected to the zone input circuit. After the line is completed, cover the probe housing and tighten the fastening screw. It is required that the zone warning light on the anti-theft host should not flicker or illuminate, and there is no alarm indication output in the zone. Indicates that the entire zone is set properly. Otherwise, check the line, re-commission the probe, and confirm the status of the zone.
(5) Anti-theft performance test After the working condition of the zone is normal, the optical axis of the probe should be blocked at all speeds and in different ways according to the requirements of the fortification, using all possible sizes and shapes similar to those of the defense, and wireless at the alarm site.
