Vegetable leaf fertilization technology

Foliar fertilization technology has the advantages of faster transformation, higher fertilizer utilization rate, and promotion of nutrient absorption by roots than soil fertilization. Foliar fertilizer can be roughly divided into a large number of elemental fertilizers, micro-fertilizers, organic fertilizers, microbial fertilizers, or photosynthesis promoters or foliar fertilizers for pesticides. Commonly used in production are urea, potassium sulfate, superphosphate, ammonium nitrate and micro-fertilizers.
Foliar fertilization should pay attention to the following points:
1. It should be carried out on the basis of applying enough base fertilizer and timely topdressing;
2. To select the appropriate type of foliar fertilizer for the type of vegetables, the stage of growth and development, the growth, and the purpose of fertilization;
3. The concentration of liquid fertilizer should be reasonable;
4. Choose to spray in the evening or on cloudy days;
5. Pay particular attention to evenly spraying the blades and the opposite sides of the blades. For example, for greenhouse vegetables such as cucumber, eggplant, pepper, celery, leeks, etc., it is possible to use a solid multi-element compound foliar fertilizer with the effect of adding disease-preventing and medicinal drugs, which has obvious effects on cost-effectiveness and yield increase; Greenhouse cucumber can spray 0.2% urea plus 0.2% potassium dihydrogen phosphate plus 1% sucrose sugar nitrogen liquid not only increase production and disease resistance, but also reduce the risk of downy mildew; apply micro-fertilizer and light absorption inhibitor, spray tomatoes, Cucumber, pepper, cloud bean, celery, cabbage, kale, lettuce, broccoli and other effects are very good.
