End turning tool with old milling insert

In order to make full use of the cemented carbide milling insert, we designed the end face turning tool as shown in the figure. The tool adopts the upper pressure clamping structure, which consists of the cutter bar 1, the blade 2, the pressure plate 3 and the screw 4. The blade adopts the number of passes. After the minor grinding, the size is reduced and it cannot be used for the milling cutter of the milling cutter. The cutter has simple structure, convenient manufacture and reliable clamping.
