Export after-sales service problem to be solved

Xu Jin also talked about the current shortcomings of Chinese machine tool companies. "The main problem of China's machine tool export is in after-sales service. The machine tool has been exported to all over the world, but the after-sales service station is not available." Xu Jin said that the machine was out of trouble and no one repaired, no difference with scrap iron. At the same time, the image and reputation of your products will also decline.

In contrast, foreign companies do a lot better after the sale. Representatives of relevant Spanish associations made it clear that they should establish more after-sales service institutions in China and do their best to provide after-sales service. It seems that the period of the transformation of China's machine tool industry will have to wait for some time.
