Strata drilling technology in Guizhou carrying the Bauxite bauxite mining area in Henan
The Yanfengyu bauxite mine belongs to the bauxite mine in the Zhengzheng area and is surveyed in the chestnut syncline exploration area. The bauxite resources have been obtained by the whole assembly survey of 20.9 million tons. In order to expand the prospecting results, after the completion of the survey, the detailed investigation and exploration work will be arranged. However, the stratum of the mining area is extremely complicated. In the past drilling construction, the upper 200-300 m is broken, the lower layer has multiple layers of quicksand and karst caves. The drilling construction is difficult, the drilling hole rate is low, and the construction progress is slow. More than 20 drilling construction teams participated in the war, and all of them were difficult to retreat, which seriously restricted the progress of the work.
In response to this situation, Henan Nonferrous Geotechnical Engineering Company organized drilling technology experts to conduct detailed investigations on the drilling construction of the mining area, and cooperated with the 106 Geological Brigade of Guizhou Province to study and formulate scientific and rigorous construction organization and construction technical measures. It is planned to invest 800,000 yuan to 1 million yuan to carry out complex drilling drilling technology research in bauxite mining area in the ZK2004 drilling position where it has not been able to form holes for 4 consecutive times, aiming to explore and innovate a set of construction techniques for the complex stratum of the mining area. Technology, laying the foundation for the successful completion of the next phase of exploration in the mining area.
