Selection of plastic tray size:
When using a plastic pallet, the specifications selected will vary depending on the required item.
1. First consider the packaging specifications of the goods and the way they are placed on the plastic pallet.
2. Consider the condition of the pallet loading tool (such as containers, trucks, etc.). For example, if it is a one-time use, it is necessary to give priority to the integration of the shipping container width of 2300mm. For a 1100*1100mm pallet with a width of 1100mm, two columns, two-way fork or four-way fork can be placed; The tray of 1200*1000mm needs to be placed in a combination of 1200mm long and 1000mm wide, and a 4-way fork must be used.
3. If it is used on the warehouse shelf, consider the width and depth of the shelf. Usually, the two types of pallets are placed on each layer of the shelf, and an access space of about 200 mm is reserved. Try to give a large size in the depth direction. This will not create demanding requirements for the load capacity of the plastic pallet to save the purchase cost.
4. The size of the plastic tray should also be considered for versatility. At present, the commonly used sizes in China are 1210 international standard type, 1208 European standard type and 1111 Japanese standard type tray.
Single and double sided options:
1. Single-sided plastic pallet can only be used on one side. The surface has two kinds of mesh and flat. The bottom has Chuanzi type, Tianzi type and nine square foot type. According to different load capacity, it is divided into light series, standard series and heavy load. Three series of standards.
The double-sided plastic pallet means that the front and back sides of the pallet have the same structure, and the surface has two kinds of mesh shape and flat shape, and the two sides can be used interchangeably, and the standard series and the heavy load series are classified according to different bearing capacities.
Whether single-sided or double-sided trays are used should be determined according to the corresponding storage, handling equipment and status (such as library type, shelf type, stacking or placement status, etc.).
2. For the automatic three-dimensional warehouse or high-level shelf with small floor space, mainly for stacker or electric forklift vertical transportation, double-sided heavy-duty series tray and single-sided standard series tray can be selected.
If the load on the shelf reaches one ton and there are no planks or shelves in the middle of the shelf, a heavy duty series of trays must be used.
3. For large-area and horizontal transportation, it is suitable to use single-sided pallet if it is transported by manual hydraulic pallet truck. Both single-sided and double-sided trays are suitable for handling with electric forklifts. If it is necessary to stack the goods, that is, the top of the tray and the top of the goods below coincide, it is better to use a double-sided tray or a single-sided tray of the bottom type. If you use a self-propelled motorized pallet truck, it is suitable to use a single-sided pallet with nine square feet without a connecting strip at the bottom.
