Remove the ground spring body, add an appropriate amount of quick-drying powder in the ground tank, stir the water until the viscosity is appropriate, and then put it into the ground spring body. Use a rubber hammer or a wooden block to hit the ground spring with a hammer to make the floor spring You can restore the surface level to the surrounding ground, then take the plumb line to find the spring axis position and fine-tune the spring body.
After the above three steps, the ground spring body slotting process is perfectly completed, but only a few points must be noted:
(1) The size of the groove is moderate, not too big or too small, too large to affect the appearance, too small, the stability of the material is small, the fixation is not strong.
(2) The position of the ground spring axis must be accurate. You must use plumb lines or other tools for finding vertical lines.
(3) The solid cement or quick-drying powder has a suitable viscosity to ensure the strength of the spring.
(4) After the slot is stabilized, the spring or the quick-drying powder must be installed until the cement or quick-drying powder has sufficient strength to prevent the ground spring from shifting and causing rework.
