Brazil cancels anti-dumping measures against barium carbonate in China
According to the Ministry of Commerce, the Brazilian Foreign Trade Commission issued a resolution on October 6, deciding to cancel anti-dumping measures against barium carbonate imported from China.
The Brazilian Foreign Trade Commission passed a resolution on June 30, 2010, deciding to continue to impose anti-dumping measures on China's barium carbonate at US$105.17 per ton, with a validity period of five years.
On October 19, 2010, the Brazilian Foreign Trade Commission (CAMEX) passed a resolution stating that QuÃmica Geral do Nordeste S, the only manufacturer of barium carbonate in Brazil. A is in a state of production suspension and decides to temporarily exempt anti-dumping duties on barium carbonate imported from China. It is valid for one year.
