Tianjin Nano Machinery R&D Liquid Die Forging Aluminum Wheel Fills Domestic Blank

The liquid die forged aluminum alloy card wheel hub researched and developed by Tianjin Nano Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was successfully mass-produced a few days ago and passed the certification of the China Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, which fills the gap in the domestic production of this product.

Tianjin Nanuo is a Sino-foreign joint venture jointly established by Tianjin Lizhong Wheels Company and South Korea's New Energy Technology Development Association. It specializes in the production of aluminum alloy wheels for passenger cars and buses using advanced liquid forging technology from Korea. According to reports, liquid forging is a new technology and new process between liquid molding and solid-state molding. It has the features of energy saving cost reduction, high material utilization, and high mechanical properties of parts. Since the project was completed and put into operation last year, the products have passed the certification of the US STL laboratory and the American DKI Association and are exported to the United States, Germany, Mexico, Brazil, the United Kingdom and other countries. It also fills the gap in the production of China's liquid die forging aluminum alloy truck and passenger car wheels, provides domestic quality products, realizes independent production and operation, effectively saves production costs, and further satisfies the needs of passenger car factories.
