Shoukou County Safety Supervision Bureau carries out special inspection on labor protection articles

Pursuant to the spirit of the “Circular on Launching a Special Inspection of Labor Protective Products” (Nai'an Prison Security Character [2011] No. 107) by the Autonomous Region Safety Supervision Bureau, the Shukou County Safety Supervision Bureau combined the “Regulations on Labor Protective Supplies” (State Administration of Work Safety) (Order No. 1) and the "Implementation Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Labor Protective Products in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region (Trial)", and the use of labor protection products in the mining, chemical, construction, power, metallurgy, building materials, and machinery industries within the jurisdiction and Xinglong Hardware & Inorganic Materials in the county Six self-employed households with labor protection products, such as the sales department, conducted special law enforcement inspections.

While listening to reports and examining files, they also conducted in-depth inspections on the use and deployment of special protective equipment such as protective masks, safety helmets, dust masks, and goggles. In this inspection of labor protection products, law enforcement officers found that some companies did not establish a labor protection product management system; some companies did not issue or dispense with special labor protection supplies as required; some enterprises issued labor protection products to employees. Three non-products; protective equipment for special positions does not meet the relevant national standards; some companies fail to provide safe production training, employees cannot use properly, or do not wear protective equipment, and have low self-protection awareness. The safety belts, helmets, dust masks, and other labor protection products of 6 self-employed individuals, including Xinglong Hardware & Household Products, all have factory certificate. Most of the production areas are Shandong and Hebei provinces, and there are no autonomous regional or municipal safety supervision bureaus for filing procedures.

In response to the above problems, the County Safety Supervision Bureau issued an order to correct the instructions, ordered the company to formulate rectification measures, rectify the deadlines, and follow up the supervision of the rectification of hidden dangers, so as to ensure that all rectification and reform measures were put in place.
