1. The warranty period for self-acceptance of home improvement projects is one year from the date of signing by both parties (hereinafter referred to as Party A) and contractors (hereinafter referred to as Party B).
2. After the acceptance of the home improvement project is completed, Party B will fill out the project warranty list, and will be implemented after both parties have signed and confirmed it.
3. During the warranty period, due to the project quality caused by Party B's liability, Party B unconditionally repairs it according to its original condition.
4. During the warranty period, if Party A's liability causes damage to the decorative surface, which affects normal use, Party B needs to perform repairs. Party B can only collect the cost of the material and do not charge any other fees.
5. During the warranty period, maintenance must be promptly initiated from Party A's application for maintenance. Party B shall organize maintenance within 10 days and shall not unreasonably delay.
