TMTM-80Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Ultra accelerator for the curing of natural and synthetic rubbers
Product description
Use Characteristics A super accelerator HiDispersion TMTM-80 causes very rapid and scorch-safe vulcanization of natural and synthetic rubbers. HiDispersion TMTM-80 receives additional activation from  basis accelerators, e.g. aldehyde amine and guanidine.
Together with sulphenamide and mercapto accelerators in which HiDispersion TMTM-80Â Â is used as secondary accelerator are of great technical importance. Low sulphur vulcanization provides vulcanizates with good ageing resistance.Â
Processing Advantages The thermoplastic, excellent compatible EPDM/EVA binder which is combined with active dispersing promoters allows much more easily and quickly incorporation and excellent dispersion in the rubber mixing. In this way, optimal activity of the effective TMTM is assured.
Dosage levels NR: primary: 0.15 -Â 0.3 phr +Â 2 -Â 3 sulfur
secondary: 0.1 -Â 2.5 phr +Â 2.5 phr sulfur and 1Â phr mercapto accelerator;
SBR:primary: 0.25 -Â 1.5 phr +Â 2 -Â 3.5 phr sulfur
secondary: 0.1 -Â 0.75 phr +Â 2 -Â 3.5 phr sulfur and 2Â phr mercapto accelerator;
IIR: primary: 1Â - 2Â phr +Â 1 -Â 2 phr sulfur;
NBR: 0.1 -Â 3 phr +Â 0.5 -Â 2 phr sulfur and 1Â - 2Â phr mercapto accelerator;
CR: 0.5 -Â 1 phr +Â 0.5 -Â 1 phr sulphur and 1Â - 3Â phr guanidine accelerator.
Applications Cable insulations, light color and white vulcanizates, transparent pure rubber articles.
Packaging Net 25 kg cartons with plastic inner.
Storage stability In original closed containers under cool and dry conditions max. 1Â year.
