3.2 Mechanical properties

3.2.1 When using die-casting test specimens, its mechanical properties shall comply with the provisions of GB/T15115

3.2.2 When the die casting body test is used, the mechanical properties of the cut-out sample at the designated site shall not be lower than 75% of the single-cast sample. If there are special requirements, it may be agreed upon by both parties.

3.3 die casting size

3.3.1 The geometry and dimensions of the die castings shall comply with the provisions of the casting drawings

3.3.2 The dimensional tolerances of die castings shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB6414. When there are special provisions and requirements, they shall be indicated on the drawings.

3.3.3 When the die casting position tolerance requirements, the labeling method according to the provisions of GB1182.

3.3.4 The dimensional tolerances of die castings do not include cast angles, and their non-processed surfaces: the envelope surface is based on the small end, and when specified and required, special instructions and requirements must be specified on the drawings.

3.4 When the die castings need to be machined, their allowance is to be specified in GB/T 11350. If there are special provisions and requirements, the amount of work required must be specified on the drawings.

3.5 Surface quality

3.5.1 casting surface roughness should meet the requirements of GB 6060.1

3.5.2 Castings are not allowed to crack, undercast, loose, air bubbles and any penetrating defects.

3.5.3 castings are not allowed to have scratches, depressions, lack of meat and mesh burrs and other waist triangle defects, but the extent and quantity of its defects should be consistent with the standards agreed by both parties.

3.5.4 Castings, flashes, overflows, partitions, and ejector marks areosceles triangles should be cleaned, but traces are allowed.

3.5.5 If there is no special regulation on the drawing, the setting of the die casting process, such as the position of the ejector pin, the position of the parting line, the position of the gate and the overflow port, shall be stipulated by the manufacturer; otherwise, the design shall be marked or Supply and demand sides agreed.

3.5.6 Die castings require specially machined surfaces, such as polishing, shot peening, chrome plating, coating, anodizing, chemical oxidation, etc. shall be indicated on the drawing or agreed upon by both parties.

3.6 Internal quality

3.6.1 If the die casting can meet the requirements of its use, the essential defects of the die casting shall not be used as the basis for scrapping.

3.6.2 For pressure sealing of die castings, hydraulic sealing, heat treatment, high temperature coating, internal defects (stomatal, sparse, cold septum, inclusion) and requirements not listed in this standard, they can be agreed upon by both parties.

3.6.3 Under conditions that do not affect the use of the die castings, the supplier may perform infiltration and repair (such as welding, deformation, etc.) of the die castings with the consent of the demander.

4 Quality Assurance

4.1 When there are provisions in the contract or agreement between the supplier and the buyer, the supplier shall be responsible for all tests or inspections specified in the contract. When there is no provision in the contract or agreement, the supplier may use its own appropriate means to implement this standard if the buyer agrees. For the specified tests and requirements, the acquirer shall have the right to inspect any test and inspection items in the standard, and the quality assurance standards shall be determined according to the agreement between the supply and demand sides.

4.2 According to the characteristics of die-casting production, the provision of a test batch means that every die-casting equipment under normal operating conditions in a shift of production, equipment, chemical composition, mold and any significant changes in the continuity of the operation shall be considered as a new one. Batch start.

The supplier shall randomly or statistically sample and inspect each batch of die castings to determine whether all technical requirements and the requirements of the contract or casting pattern are met. The inspection results shall be recorded.
