Chemical composition: C: ≤ 0.08, Si: ≤ 1.0 Mn: ≤ 2.0, Cr: 18.0 to 20.0, Ni: 8.0 to 10.5, S: ≤ 0.03, P: ≤ 0.035 N ≤ 0.1.


Stainless steel plate surface smooth, high plasticity, toughness and mechanical strength, acid, alkaline gas, solution and other media corrosion. It is an alloy steel that does not easily rust, but it is not absolutely rustless.

The stainless steel sheet is divided into two types, hot-rolled and cold-rolled according to the manufacturing method, including a thin cold plate with a thickness of 0.02-4 mm and a medium plate with a thickness of 4.5-100 mm.


The original side: NO.1

Hot-rolled and acid-cleaned after hot-rolling are often used for general heat-resisting and corrosion-resisting, such as chemical tanks, etc. Thicker thickness is 2.0MM-8.0MM.

Blunt surface: 2D

After being cold-rolled, it is heat-treated and pickled. Its material is soft, and its surface is silver-white luster. It is used in deep-drawing presses, such as automobile components and water pipes.

Matte: 2B

After cold rolling, heat treatment, pickling, and finish rolling are used to make the surface a moderate brightness. Because the surface is smooth, easy to re-grind, so that the surface is more bright, a wide range of uses, such as tableware, building materials.

Shiny: BA

After the cold rolling, after the implementation of the surface heat treatment, the surface is more bright, commonly used in electrical appliances, kitchen utensils and decoration.

Silk face: HAIR LINE

The use of abrasive materials of a suitable particle size to cause continuous stripe processing is often used to construct decorations such as elevators, escalators, etc., which are extremely versatile.

Fine sand: NO.4

Granules 150-180 abrasive material processing, commonly used in milk food processing equipment, medical equipment.

Coarse sand: NO.3

Granules 100-120 grinding material processing, often used in milk food processing equipment, kitchen utensils.


Stainless steel surface treatment


1. Cleaning and polishing: If there is any damage, it should be polished. In particular, scratches and splashes caused by contact with carbon steel parts, and damage caused by cutting slag must be thoroughly cleaned and polished.

2, mechanical polishing: to use the appropriate polishing tools for polishing, require uniform treatment, and to avoid excessive throwing and scratching.

3. Degreasing and dust removal: Before the stainless steel parts are pickled and passivated, the impurities such as oil, oxide scale and dust must be removed according to the process.

4, water blasting: According to different processing requirements, use different micro glass beads, different process parameters, and avoid overspray.

5, pickling passivation: stainless steel parts of the pickling passivation must be strictly in accordance with the requirements of the process passivation.

6. Cleaning and Drying: After pickling and passivation, it should be neutralized, rinsed and dried strictly according to the process to completely remove residual acid.

7. Protection: After the surface treatment of stainless steel parts is completed, protection should be done to avoid secondary pollution of personnel touching and impurities, such as oil and dust.

8, to avoid reprocessing: after the surface treatment of stainless steel parts, should avoid the reprocessing of the parts or products.

9. Including: surface treatment of stainless steel/low-carbon steel products such as chemical vessels, storage tanks, and pipeline boilers, such as grinding/polishing, pickling/passivation, inspection/supervision, and technical consultation.
